As founder of WorkJoy, Tina builds on 25 years of corporate operations, technology consulting, and people leadership experience to provide innovative facilitation and coaching solutions to organizations ready to unleash the potential of their humans. Bio
Tina began her humans@work career as a management consultant at PwC. From there she held significant HR roles in the financial services, healthcare technology, and energy logistics industries. She transitioned to HR technology sales consulting at SAP SuccessFactors, rising to become an internal operations vice president before leaving to launch WorkJoy.
She returned to an in-house role as global head of leadership development for Fabletics and its family of eCommerce fashion brands, including Savage X Fenty.
Today, Tina is Chief Coach of WorkJoy, living in Los Angeles with her writer husband and two pet parrots.
